These terms govern your use of myfitzo.in and any order you place through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. About us

myfitzo.in is operated by Fitzo Wellness, the registered trade name of a sole proprietorship of Karthik Naidu, registered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (GSTIN 33ALAPN8504B1ZN). In these terms, "we", "us" and "Fitzo" mean that business; "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Using the site

You may browse the site and place orders for your own use. You may not copy our text, photographs, branding or page design for your own commercial purposes, attempt to interfere with the site's operation, or use it to do anything unlawful. The Fitzo name, logo and all site content belong to us.

3. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative — packaging, colour and tablet appearance may vary slightly from images shown. Product claims relate to normal use as described on the pack and on this site.

4. Safe use of Clean Shake — please read

Clean Shake is a cleaning product, not a food or supplement. It is intended solely for cleaning shakers, bottles, lids, gaskets, blender balls, straws and similar drinkware.

• Do not swallow the tablet or drink the solution. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Always rinse the container thoroughly after use and before drinking from it.
• Avoid contact with eyes. If the solution enters your eyes, rinse with clean water.
• If skin irritation occurs, stop using the product and rinse the affected area with water.
• If a tablet or the solution is swallowed, or if irritation persists, seek medical advice and show the pack to the doctor.
• Store the tablets sealed, dry and away from direct heat.

Use the product as directed on the pack. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from use other than as directed.

5. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order or dispatch it, whichever is earlier. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where an item is out of stock, where the price or description was published in error, where we cannot deliver to your address, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale.

We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order we have already accepted.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway on its own secure hosted page. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your payment is also subject to that gateway's terms.

7. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Dispatch and delivery are covered by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, replacements and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, transport strikes, natural events, epidemics or government restrictions. Where such an event causes serious delay you may cancel an undelivered order for a full refund.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any consumer forum remedy available to you.
