This policy explains what personal information Fitzo collects when you use myfitzo.in, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you, ship you an order, or tell you when a product launches.

2. What we never collect
We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely on our payment gateway's own hosted page. We receive only the outcome — paid or not paid — and a reference number.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any price, ever.
3. Who else handles your data
We use a small number of service providers to actually run the business. Each receives only what it needs:
- Payment gateway — processes your payment and collects the billing and delivery details for that order.
- Courier and logistics partners — receive your name, address and phone number so they can deliver your parcel.
- Website host and form service — stores waitlist signups and serves the website.
- Email service — used to send you order updates and launch announcements.
- Analytics and session-replay providers — Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta, which receive usage data about your visit as described in section 6.
Some of these providers process data on servers outside India.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid order from a court, tax authority or law enforcement agency.
4. How long we keep it
- Waitlist entries — until you ask us to remove you, or until the product has launched and we have stopped emailing that list.
- Order and invoice records — for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires us to retain them.
- Server logs — for a short period, as retained by our hosting provider.
- Analytics and session recordings — kept for as long as each provider retains them under its own policy.
5. Your choices
Write to hello@myfitzo.in from the email address concerned and you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your details, or take you off the waitlist and our mailing list.
We will act on your request within a reasonable period. Where we are legally obliged to keep a record — an invoice, for instance — we will tell you that and keep only that record.
Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages about an order you placed are not marketing and will still be sent.
6. Cookies, analytics and session replay
We use a small number of third-party tools to understand how the site is used and, in future, to measure advertising. These set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

These tools load only after the page has finished loading, and each is independent — if one is switched off, it sets nothing at all.
Our own host may additionally set essential cookies needed to serve and secure the site.
What we do not send them
We do not pass your email address, name, phone number or postal address to any of these tools. When you join the waitlist or place an order, they are told that a signup or purchase happened and which page it happened on — not who you are.
Opting out
- Your browser can block or clear cookies at any time. The site works normally without them.
- Google Analytics can be blocked across all sites with Google's official opt-out browser add-on.
- Meta advert personalisation can be limited in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
- Most tracker-blocking browser extensions and privacy-focused browsers stop all three.
If you would rather we did not process your usage data at all, email us at hello@myfitzo.in and we will tell you how to block it.
7. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, and payment details never touch our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so while we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Our products and this site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, write to us and we will delete them.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing orders will be emailed to the address on the order.
10. Grievance contact
Questions or complaints about how we handle your data go to hello@myfitzo.in, addressed to the Grievance Officer, and we will respond within a reasonable period. Our postal address is in the box at the top of this page and on our contact page.
